Life in Argyll
Lyndsey Greer Phillips moved to Argyll in 2019, just before the pandemic and lockdown disrupted everyone's lives. Despite the challenges, Lyndsey always seeks out the positives in any situation.
Lockdown provided her with the opportunity to explore and connect with her new home on the shore. With travel no longer part of her routine, she enjoys watching each season unfold around her.
The time at home also allows Lyndsey to fulfill her lifelong dream of writing and creating books.
Additionally, she continues to thrive in her practice as a Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Positive Empowerment Coach.
Hypnotherapy and NLP Practice
Like many others, Lyndsey noticed a pattern of negativity in her life that seemed to hold her back from achieving her goals. Determined to make a change, she developed a process to discover more positivity in everyday life.
Seeing the transformative impact this process had on her own life, Lyndsey felt compelled to help others escape negativity and reach their potential. She decided the best way to do this was to become a Certified NLP Practitioner and Hypnotherapist.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a technique that helps change an individual's thoughts, leading to altered behaviours and improved outcomes. Hypnotherapy works on the subconscious to shift thought patterns and beliefs, facilitating behaviour change.
As a certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, Lyndsey now helps others break free from negativity. By working together, she empowers her clients to move forward and let their authentic selves shine through.
